VertiMaps seeks to conduct operations for a legitimate project purpose and to avoid unnecessary collection. Depending on the project and applicable requirements, we may crop, obscure, restrict, delete, or limit access to incidental imagery.

Requests concerning identifiable incidental imagery may be submitted to the contact information below. We will evaluate requests based on applicable law, client obligations, safety records, evidentiary needs, and technical feasibility.

Client-Provided Information

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to provide VertiMaps with:

Site plans;
Employee or occupant information;
Access credentials;

Photographs;
Property records;
Project documents; and
Other personal or confidential information.

Clients should avoid sending information that is unnecessary for the project.

When VertiMaps processes personal information solely on behalf of a commercial client, the client may remain responsible for determining the purpose and lawful basis of that processing.

Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, VertiMaps does not guarantee permanent storage of raw imagery, project files, processed models, maps, reports, or deliverables. Clients should promptly download and maintain their own backups.

However, no website, transmission method, cloud platform, file-transfer system, or storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
